The Prize Pools
Are Real.

Every figure below the headline is read straight from the Solana blockchain or recomputed from public transactions. If the chain can't be reached, this page says so and points you to Solscan — it never shows a number it can't back up.

Pool By Group

Each group's pool is its share of the 50% group allocation. These are derived from a published per-token ledger — the vault total above is the on-chain ground truth; this breakdown is reproducible from public sweep transactions. They read "—" until tokens launch and rewards begin to accrue.

How Each Group Pool Pays

When the group stage settles, each pool is distributed by final standing. 4th place isn't a loss for the pool — it funds a buy-back-and-burn of $TWC.

What's Trustless — And What Isn't

Most "prize pool" projects show a number and ask you to trust it. Here's exactly which parts you take on faith and which you can verify yourself.

Trusted
Money entering the system. pump.fun pays creator rewards to a wallet we control — it can't pay a contract directly, so the first hop is custodial. We reduce this by sweeping on a published cadence, every sweep a public transaction you can audit.
On-Chain
Funds held. Pools sit in the Squads treasury vault. The balance above is read live from the chain — it can't be faked on this page.
Verifiable
Pool attribution. The split into 12 group pools, champion and platform follows a fixed published formula. Every per-pool figure traces back to a specific on-chain sweep, so you can recompute it and get our numbers.
Trusted
The result oracle. "Who finished top 3" comes from the real world. The result is committed on-chain from a named public data source, with a short challenge window before payout locks.
Trustless
The payout itself. At settlement we publish the full holder snapshot, commit a Merkle root, and fund an audited distributor. You claim your own share against the published snapshot — we never send you anything, and anyone can verify the root.
